ANNOUNCING THE FOREMOST VISION PLAN....

At Jessup Eye Care we realize that many people need a convenient and affordable method to manage their vision care. Many insurance policies offer little or no coverage for vision needs, and this can lead to unexpected bills, that can put a strain on anyone?s budget. With this fact in mind, we are now offering the FOREMOST VISION PLAN, which we feel will give you peace of mind as well as relieve the stress on your wallet.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The monthly fee is $18.90 per month for the first family member or a single individual, $16.90 for the second family member, and $14.90 for each child in the family. You may choose to enroll the entire household or any combination of family members in the plan. There is a one time enrollment fee of $12.00 that is charged at the time of enrollment. Your enrollment is in force for a term of one year from the date of enrollment.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A small fee will be deducted from your checking account every month. You may choose to have this deduction at the beginning, middle, or end of the month in order to make it easy on your budget. In exchange for this small fee, you will receive one comprehensive examination and a credit of $175.00 to use towards your glasses frames and lenses. In addition, you will receive an extra 25% discount off of any materials charges over the $175.00 credit, and an additional 10% discount off of your contact lenses. You will be eligible to receive all benefits immediately upon enrollment.
